I hate leaving reviews but because there are very few on this company and I would have found this helpful wanted to share my honest experience. I liked that I was able to get a price quote on the phone and they were able to come out quickly and do the work requested on a weekend. I was given one price for the full project over the phone. When the technician came he tried to negotiate that price. He also did not have the water heater so I had to go with them to the store to get the water heater and pay for it so it left it unclear how much I should pay for the labor. I was promised on the phone
