The goal of our preschool is to help children discover and develop their own unique characteristics as they grow mentally, socially, emotionally and physically. We strive to provide an environment for children to experiment with art, music, math, science, books, and dramatic play to become more aware of their world.

The Preschool in Montrose is a non-profit cooperative preschool operated by a board comprised of parents whose children are enrolled in the school. Board meetings are held throughout the year and are open to all parents who have a child enrolled in the school. A cooperative preschool recognizes that parents are primary educators of their young children.

I LOVED participating in the Buddy & Me class with my child and being involved in her first school experience. She has grown SO much and I am very confident she is ready to attend school without me next year in the 3's class. The ability to be in the classroom and get to know the school, teachers, children, and parents has been a huge blessing to us.
