Services
A completed and signed/dated application is required for each adult over the age of 18 who will be occupying the unit. Each adult applicant is required to provide a current credit and criminal report. Please purchase the basic TENANT screening report. You will be required to provide a copy of this report at the time of application.

Took forever to process my application in the beginning. Then calls me 2 weeks later asking If I still want a property. We call back and tell her yes, then she turns us down for rental history. Which is bogus because we have perfect rental history. When I tried to send her evidence that my landlords gave me a good reference she blocked my phone. My current landlord even said she told him that she snooped on my Facebook pages. How weird is that. We really loved the home and now we can't get it. I hope the owners of the property know how she does business. Slow and unprofessional.
