Thompson Law was founded by Don Thompson in Brandon, Florida. We provide legal services to individuals and small-business owners throughout the Tampa Bay area. Although Mr. Thompson expressed a desire to be a lawyer many times in his youth, the twists of life instead embarked him on a career in business.

The role of a guardian ad litem is to act in the best interests of the child in custody and visitation matters. In these cases, there are typically three parties, the mother, the father and the child. When providing guardian ad litem services, our job is to ensure that the voice of the child is heard and his or her best interests remain the top priority.

Amazing experience! No one wants to need a lawyer but it is really nice knowing a good one. He is very honest and knowledgeable and has an extremely competent paralegal. Mr. Don Thompson and team helped me through one of the toughest times of my life. As unfortunate as it was, Thompson Law made sure I had everything I needed to settle my case quickly while keeping my children in mind. They reached out to me when they needed things and met with me when the situation permitted. Always picked up my call or returned my call in a timely manner when I needed to speak to them.
