I am Dr. Rob McArthur, and I want to welcome you to our Family, Cosmetic and Sedation Dental Practice here in Snow Hill! I received my Bachelor of Science in 1973 from UNC and subsequently, graduated with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the UNC- School of Dentistry with honors in 1977. I was selected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honorary Society.

Dr. Rob is a legend in dentistry. His staff is so friendly and his office so cool looking because it's a huge triangle. If I ever have a dental emergency, Dr. Rob is who i always go see. He is probably the greatest dentist in the entire world. Hes that good. I'll put it to you like this.... hes the Michael Jordan of dentist.

The staff is supurb I couldn't couldn't even remember my dental insurance info.I was in that much distress they found my information while I was in for repairs to remove that beast out of my mouth two hours later and a birage of tools im into the healing process thanks Doctor and nurse I can see clearly now without being in pain Thank you both....

Words cannot explain how grateful my family and I are that we found this place. Dr. Rob and Dr. Whit have kept the family values that I grew up with. The fact that THEY call you (not a staff member but them) after you have work done. My 2 yr old daughter had her first ever visit and a few days later, we received a hand written "thank you" card. You just cant find values like that anymore. I will keep going there until they close the doors.

I would highly recommend going to this place to get any dental work done. Dr. Bartholomew was the best dentist I’ve probably ever had in my 24 years of life everyone there is so caring and they treat you like family and the overall care about you. I got my tooth pulled yesterday which isn’t the best experience overall in general at any dental office but they helped me get through it with my anxiety. I definitely plan on going back for any other dental needs I have and I plan on getting my daughter to go there also. If you want a dentist that really cares about how you feel I would suggest going

Dr. Rob and his staff was a lifesaver. I called his office because I needed an emergency appointment because my tooth had broken off in the front of my mouth prior to an interview today. I immediately called Dr. Rob's office and he repaired my tooth and I was good to go. I felt no pain at all whatsoever during the time he repaired my tooth or afterwards . All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Rob has excellent bedside manners and really care about his patients. He does excellent work and takes pride in his work. I've been to a lot of dentists in my lifetime and I only found one in Buffalo, NY that I would fly back to just for a cleaning, he was just that good. (I didn't but he was that good.) now with the referral from two of my family members I found another dentist that good. Dr. Rob MacArthur in Snow Hill. I broke both of my front teeth a year ago and today I finally was able to get them fixed. If anyone needs a dentist please go somewhere else so I can have him all to myself whenever I need him. this guy is a master dentist! Also Megan played a huge role as well and she is amazing! I had to have an emergency root canal. The office staff was very gracious in getting me in during the pandemic. Dr. McArthur was an excellent dentist to perform this procedure. I absolutely did NOT feel anything and could have taken a short nap. I have never had a root canal done before and I was feeling a little uneasy. But talking to him and his assistant about it. I was more relaxed and it ended up being a breeze.

Dr whit is a wonderful dentist and all the staff is great. I had dental work done a few days before Christmas and the office was closed the following week but he wanted me to meet him on that Monday to check my mouth. He also text several times during the two weeks they were closed. My whole family go to this office we love dr rob also.

Dr.Rob ,Dr.Whit and staff are some of the Nicest, Attentive and caring professionals that My Family and I have ever met! Words are to weak to describe the care they show towards everyone.Besides been friendly they also do magnificent dental work .They even call or text you with a follow up to make sure you are doing well. I highly recommend them to everyone, trust me you will not be disappointed!!!
