I think the 5 things that I look for is when receiving a service is:
* Be greeted in a friendly manner
* Be seen on time
* Communication ( how I feel, etc.)
* Communication of my progress or lack there of
* Feel better leaving then when I arrived
With that said, it would be tough to not give a 5 star rating when factoring all of my expectations. I highly recommend

Sciatica had me down and barely able to walk. I was diagnosed, treatment plan discussed and made and adjustments performed. The treatment plan worked and I still do monthly maintenance adjustments for wellness. The staff has always been friendly and courteous, always on time or early if I'm early for my appointments. I've never had any surprise charges or fees. I have no reason to look elsewhere for a chiropractor.

Super nice, updated facility and everyone here was so friendly and helpful. I’ve only had my first visit and I can’t wait to go back! Dr. Morgan was very kind and informative. Brittany was very helpful at check in, Tori was great helping me out with therapy and I believe the assistants name was Sarah? She was awesome too. Everyone was wonderful!

Had an amazing first time visit with Dr. Morgan today. I had my first adjustment at 35 weeks pregnant, due to back and neck pain and she was so friendly, knowledgeable and the adjustment was amazing! I felt immediate relief and am already looking forward to my next appointment. Staff was very friendly and the facility was nice and clean.
