Private Pay, Commercial Insurance, and Medicaid Insured patients are accepted. Services covered by insurance are provided at the contracted rate; uncovered services are patient responsibility. Payment and copays are due at time of service, both in-person or Telehealth. Any testing is the responsibility of the patient to pay directly to the individual company utilized.
