After taking my company on months ago, and filing an extension for the business, Kristen neglected to communicate with us for the duration. After I contacted her wondering when she would be ready to prepare our company's 1065, as well as helping us explore any available tax credits prior to this May deadline for personal income filing, she informed me for the first time that she would not be able to handle our tax matters. This is wildly unprofessional and has put my company and its partners in an extremely difficult position, because we have multiple members that now must file personal extensions

Kristen has exceeded every expectation we had for an accountant. I went to her for assistance filing taxes for my late father, and we now use her for our company taxes as well.
