Dr. David opened Dyer Health and Wellness in 1979. He was born and raised in Rossville, Indiana. He played basketball at Hanover College. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. He retired from the office in July of 2016. He married his wife, Debbie in 1973.
