I ordered a simple maintenance to my AC and they didn't even replace the air filter. How's that maintenance? Then the guy tells me that he'd drop one off later since he told me he'd replace it anyway. Never returned.
Then two days later, my AC starts leaking. I call back and am told, "we're booked up today but can get to ya tomorrow." No thanks dude, I have water coming in my house. I'll figure it out.
He then calls back to suggest I replace the air filter. Oh, you mean the one you fools were suppose to bring me?
Pros: fast to arrive and fast to collect
Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE

Dewayne and DJ are easy to work with , the entire crew was polite and respectful of my home. I had a question a week later and the response was immediate and knowledgeable and saved me some money. It was an all around good experience working with them.
