The Fortson Medical / Dental Clinic is a full service primary medical care and general dentistry practice that was established to serve the 32,663 residents of rural Harris County, Georgia. Located off of highway 185 about 20 miles north of Columbus, GA at 94 McCrary Rd., Fortson, GA 31808. Valley Healthcare System locations are recognized at the highest level Patient Center Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
3 days (72 hours) prior to your appointment we will send you an electronic message (email, text, or both) to confirm your appointment. If your appointment is not confirmed we will then attempt to call you 2 days (48 hours) prior to your appointment to confirm. Failure to confirm after the 48 hour notification will result in your appointment being cancelled and given to another patient.

Good day it's brought to my attention that the medical van charges you $10 out of pocket for each visit to the doctor now I need to pay the medical van $10 each time I need to come see my primary care twice a month and I come see my behavior health care Dr mind you four times a month patients similar income struggles or fix income barely making the bus fare which is $1.30 now we supposed to pay the valley healthcare van $10 each time to be picked up it's hot and I guess some of us keep on walking I do not have $10 valley healthcare system primarily have the transportation department for those that

I don't usually do reviews but this mad my skin boil. Called to set an appointment, was told they didn't have any available until August but if my tooth was broken or something I could do a walk in. Only to get there and the receptionist has a nasty attitude and say he aint going to pull it, all he going to do is look at it, give you pain meds, and schedule you for an appointment a month out. First all, how is that possible when yall just told me yall didn't have any available until August? And second, my tooth is so loosen, if it was a front tooth I could pull it out myself, so what do you mean

Walked in just to get scheduled for a later time. Paid for lab work and didn't even get results back! No phone calls for courtesy! I found out they misdiagnosed me after taken a 2nd test and brought it to their attention. Doctor reached out asking me to come in for another blood draw because they supposedly didn't receive my results!? I think tf not and that's not my problem! They're suppose to contact the lab not me! They're very unprofessional and I believe they accidentally mixed my blood work with someones else's then I was able to see one of my results on portal but now it disappeared! Trying

This is the most unorganized Medical office I’ve ever experienced! No appointment reminders, no test result calls, they say they will schedule appointments for you at this office or if you need outside help. The women’s health side might as well be self serve because they expect you to do everything. Operator has a very sarcastic mouth, full of suggestions for me but none for herself or her confused staff...

I love this place I enjoy my time there Dr. IS Awesome she is a strate shooter. She tells you what is what. At present I am having issues with lab's but that is my own metabolism. Not any fault of hers or mine. Dr. G IS SO GREAT. She cares. She does what she has to by the government. Regulations. I respect her for that.
