When I bought my house last year there were a few things I wanted done inside before moving in. Bathroom remodeling, kitchen and laundry room cabinets, wall texturing and painting, baseboard shoe molding. Good to have that stuff done while the house was vacant… Since I was new to the area I had no idea how I’d coordinate multiple vendors from 200 miles away.
