Can't in good faith leave 4 stars even w/ a $50 refund for the poor cleaning of the kitchen. I need to paint the bedrooms tomorrow (hence Mini Maid cleaning services), but checked the wood blinds & realized the four blinds in both bedrooms had been wiped down on one side only. Each was filthy on the back side-- see pic. (& I'm not done cleaning them.) I had also requested in writing that the walls be washed; the hallway walls were not touched. In fact, the area around the light switch still contains easily visible dirt & oils from fingers along w/ a six-inch section of removable

I purchased a $99 coupon for 4 ladies to clean my house for 1 hour. I have a small 2 bedroom and keep the house tidy. I really just wanted a deep clean of all the surfaces and appliances. I was disappointed after the ladies left... There was dust on the tv, some of the things (like place mats) wern't removed to dust under ect. I will say that I called to state my dissatisfaction and they immediatky sent two more girls which I thought was responsible. Overall I wanted my house to sparkle and it didn't.

I have used their service three times. Each time I have been severely disappointed. No more. Let's hope I wise up and never get their service again.
They are always 20-30 min late and always overestimate the length of time they have been there. (If I had enough time to hang out at my house waiting for late people to show up, don't you think I would have enough time to clean it? Also, I know the time starts when they open the trunk but does it take 6 minutes to walk from the driveway to the front door located literally 100 feet away?!?! Well I guess it does when you spend 3 minutes

Mini Maid has cleaned my home bi-weekly for at least 7 years. They do a super job. There's nothing like coming home to a fresh, clean house. They do everything...bathrooms, dusting, scrubbing, floors. I literally don't even own a vacuum any more. I tell all my friends they'd be surprised how little a luxury like this can cost.
