I called to explain what I thought problem was. He gave me a quote for that repair. When they got there and inspected everything. That wasn't the issue. They re route the duct work and didn't charge extra for it. Which I was surprised to see honest people still around. I will always use them for all my HVAC needs.

$85 for service call to fix non-working heater during freezing weather, said they'd send someone in a week to cut a hole in the ceiling. Called someone else they came and replaced a single part and had it running in 30 mins. What a mistake
*Update - I will give them respect. They contacted me, acknowledged my concern and made it right. Based on their response I feel like this experience is not a true representation of the company. Not a lot of companies would not have reacted the way they did to a bad review. I appreciate the integrity!

Called the company this morning...AC wasnt working. They were available and came out in afternoon. Very personable young man, knowledgeable and fair priced. Need further work, but got the AC running till parts can be ordered. Even changed out my filters for me...I had them, but hadn't gotten around to it in the last 9 months! This company offers a yearly contract and we definitely will take them up on this offer...very fair pricing! Highly recommend. Professional, answered messages within an hour and reliable.

Called Winstead Climate Control when my A/C started blowing warm air in the middle of August. I was really desperate to find a trustworthy company and given the time of day I called (2pm on a Friday), I was certain no one could assist me. The owner himself came out within a couple of hours. Some compasitor had went out and he had my unit blowing ice cold in about 30 minutes. Their $65 call out is very reasonable and gave me a great deal on the part.
