According to the National Association of Realtors, buyers who work with a buyer's representative find their homes faster, while reviewing more properties in their search, than buyers who do not engage a buyer's representative. An "exclusive buyer's representative" is someone who solely represents buyers, someone who doesn't work for home sellers and never list homes for sale.

When we initially chose to contact Exclusive Buyer's Realty, we'd done plenty of browsing on Zillow but we were moving to Savannah from out of state with limited knowledge of the area and a desire to purchase a home sooner rather than later. When we got to the point that we wanted to start looking inside homes we wanted to find a reliable real estate agent to represent us. It seems like Andi has been our realtor all our lives when in reality we first met Andi about 5 years ago when we were selling our home in Ardsley Park and she brought us a buyer. We had been working with another agency, they listed our house for sale, and we were also looking for our next house to buy with them.
