I was very impressed and delighted with this service! Chris was communicative and available to discuss my cleaning needs and gave me all the details of what to expect for the different tiers of cleaning service. George and his wife Daisy came and thoroughly deep cleaned my house leaving it sparkling and spotless. They were efficient and friendly and did an excellent job! There are so many cleaning companies out there, and I've tried others, but now I don't need to search any further. Very happy!

The team was prompt and listened to my concerns and wishes for the service. They spent several hours making my house super clean. We used them for a deep clean and well be working on keeping our house clean by using them every two weeks. Love them!!!

Received poor service the first time and I let them know so when I call again they can try and redeem themselves. Now they are unresponsive to the online chat and phone calls. I was supposed to get a call back Monday no call, same thing Tuesday- Thursday. So both poor service cleaning the house and customer service now? That's one way to do business

It was deep cleaned by a 2 maid team of Betty & Lulu for about 2.5 hours and was I very impressed with the results… Rock star housekeepers that I will definitely hire again.

The maids worked very hard during our move in cleaning. Unfortunately, the movers had arrived late which threw off the timing of our home cleaning, but Jorge and Daisy were very accommodating while dealing with moving around the last of our packing. Great house cleaning service and very professional cleaners. We are most grateful and will use them again.

Horrible. omg. we booked deep cleaning, we booked all the extras and they couldn't even clean the toilet bowls or floors at the minimum. they were upstairs for 4 hours before taking their break and when we went to go look, the bathroom was not even cleaned a little.
we have tried and tried to use different crews but they all are horrible. we always book for a 5 bedroom, 8 bath house with the extras (which usually comes out to be $800 - sometimes $1,000 and they leave after a certain time. they just don't finish the job. they ask us what parts of the house they should clean.

We have 3 young children and several house pets. We are always on a go and, unfortunately, housecleaning gets to the bottom of our to do list. We scheduled Maid VIP to do deep cleaning. I would give zero for the owners unprofessionalism. The screen shots of his texts are below. In August they were very late for my regular weekly service with no call. This had happened before. The owner apologized and offered a free cleaning if I ever came back. Today he sends me "see ya" when I tried to collect his reasoning was that his client base had grown and he didn't need me. What kind of crazy response is that to anyone???

They literally broke my electric gate and the guy in charge of it didn't issue a refund. Instead he was personally insulting about it and told me the security camera footage I had wasn't good enough to prove the lady from the cleaning crew did it. The gate was good before they got there and then you have a frame with her in it and the gate broken. No one else came to my house. They didn't even offer me a refund and they don't clean animal cages or do laundry so you can pay them 125$ to break your stuff costing a $500+ dollar repair and stay for about an hour job in 1 room and
