Clint is the best, he goes out of his way to make sure I'm a happy customer and has had all the parts and chemicals I've needed everytime. I like that the shop uses an actual water chemistry testing process to help me balance my pool water, as opposed to a lot of places that just use the dipstick test and make a guess as to what is needed, I can do that myself and it almost never turns out well. I've been their customer for over 3 years and will continue using them for my water testing and seasonal closures in the future. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Clint helped me with my first pool. As a first time pool owner, I was a little nervous about jumping into the water chemistry. He helped calm my nerves. He walked me through the complex steps of the challenging chemistry. His knowledge and expertise in the pool industry made the process seem almost seamless. I truly feel that he went the extra mile and treated me like family.

They are either grossly understaffed or just don't care ... Their rep came out to provide a bid for servicing my pool, no answer after 2 weeks, 4 calls later with multiple promises to "return my call" failed .... held on the phone again stating I'll wait for an answer, when they came back on the phone they state they still don't know what they would charge. What the????? Are you running a business or what. I give up ... used their services for 5 years but never again.
