Recent wind storm lifted and damaged several shingles shortly after install b/c they had not sealed fully due to lack of warm days. Dustin responded and repaired all affected shingles at no cost, saving us from an insurance claim. Great customer service and customer care.

We recently purchased a home in Akron that needed a roof replacement immediately. After numerous estimates Dustin led us on that it would not be a big deal for his company. As you can see by the photos the estimate was given two months ago and we have been in contact since. Dustin had one of his employees call 2 DAYS before the roof was to be installed. He stated that the shingle supply company said that they could not get the shingles on our roof because the house was too tall. Little does Go Pitch Perfect know that I work in construction and this is a bold faced lie. I spoke to the supply house

After having dustin out to the house to access what would need done, him and his crew of merry men knocked out our house in 5 hrs. They were all extremely professional and cordial, and were very thorough about keeping yard clean and not crushing or burning our flower beds. Dustin even pointed out some things that were done incorrectly w/ our siding and fixed those issues for us. Pitch perfect is the perfect roofing company

My sister-in-law lives in Akron, OH. She called me desperately to find her a roofing company on the internet as she didn't had her internet installed in the new house they moved in 5 days before. I called Go Pitch Perfect Roofing, and ask them how fast they can send somebody to check a roof that was liking after the last night rain. They sent out somebody the same day. Fortunately, it was nothing serious with the roof. Thanks for the fast response guys.
