We try to make your visit as comfortable as possible! You will be greeted with a smile when you enter the office. In the waiting room you have access to a variety of magazines, movies, and a Playstation that you can use at your convenience. There is also juice or water available in the reception area at the beverage bar.
Your initial appointment usually will consist of an examination and review of your treatment options. Usually, treatment can be done or started the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
We offer high quality care and payment options that work for you. If you don't see your insurance provider or preferred method on our list, please call our office to find out what other options may be available to you. We are always happy to accept any PPO insurance. Please Note: Payment is due at the time of service and you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.
Dental bonding is an alternative to teeth veneers and can be used as a restorative procedure for teeth that are chipped, cracked, discolored or misarranged. The tooth is prepared for dental bonding by lightly etching the surface and applying a bonding liquid. Once the liquid sets, a plastic resin is applied and sculpted into the desired shape by the dentist.

Dr. Trembath is just the best. She really takes her time explaining all the options and pros and cons. Never rushes a decision or pressures you to do what she wants, just presents the options and asks what you would like to do. I appreciate her expertise and experience in the field. Her judgement is always sound, and her treatments kind and gentle. She always listens all the way through and ACTUALLY HEARS what you are saying. The office staff is kind and accommodating. Few dentists get a good review from me. This one does.

I didn’t want to share my real name as I have been going to this office for several years and don’t want to cause any waves. I will continue to go here because I love my hygienist Amy, she’s fairly new to the practice and she has been a great addition to the team. She’s the most thorough hygienist I have had at this practice and she cares deeply about her patient care. However this office has gone down hill in other ways, the front staff is constantly changing and none of them seem confident in what they are doing. Update: We left after 10+ years. They don't return calls and were missing major issues. We switched out of frustration and the new dentist is seeing so many things they missed. We went to for regular cleanings and check ups and now have are paying thousands of dollars due to them missing so much and it getting worse. My husband had major pain and they kept telling him to take Tylenol. Turns out he had an infection they missed...
They were great at one point, but I can only guess the quality of care has gone down because they can't handle the patients they have. I lost a tooth due to their negligence

Michelle, Dental Hygienist, always does a great job! She is very thorough and explains what she is doing every step of the way. She also does a great job of informing me of what is happening with my teeth so that I can best tailor my home care needs. I have total confidence in Michelle.

Wonderful experience in spite of my pain. Thanks so much to the staff here for helping me when I had a dental emergency. Madisen was really nice about squeezing me in when I called just minutes after they opened. They helped me sort out my insurance situation with kindness. Dre was just delightful and made me feel really comfortable. And Dr. Trembath was so kind and knowledgeable. This is also a nice looking office with updated equipment. You really feel like you're getting the best care here. Definitely recommend!
