We measure and optimize the aesthetics and value of designed building features, systems, equipment, and material selection. We then recommend and design using the best-practice blend of system and material for a solution that is design effective, not just cost reduction for cost alone. This process protects aesthetic vision and maintains developer investment.
Owner wanted to create the first urban cheese company in Cincinnati and began their search for the perfect location in late 2014. They knew that we needed a building with space to accommodate the production, aging and tasting of thier cheese, but it was also important for them to find a building that needed new life.
