Here at Carolina Conveying, we precision machine the highest quality rotary airlocks and rotary valves for all types of industries. Rotary airlock valves are used in various applications that require the control of free and non-free flowing materials into a pressure or vacuum system. The rotary valve maintains an airlock utilizing precision-machined tolerances between the internal rotor and rotary airlock body.

To supplement our range of pneumatic conveying equipment, Carolina Conveying offers a range of heavy duty, robust Ni-Hard wear-back elbows exclusively for the abrasive product field. The Wearback Elbow is ideal for pneumatic conveying applications handling abrasive products and is suitable for both dilute and dense phase pneumatic conveying systems.

The Soliflo overcomes discharge problems with our patented, vibrating, cone valve. The Soliflo offers many advantages over these typical dischargers. Consisting of a main body, internal cone, internal rubber bellow, and pneumatic vibrator, the Soliflo bolts directly below the silo or hopper. This eliminates the need for hanger arms and rubber sleeves as used on bin activators.
