The Law firm of CAFIERO LAW continues the tradition of performing legal services with competence and excellence. A successor to The Law Office of Cafiero & Balliette, the firm was first established by its founder Anthony J. Cafiero in 1931. He was the son of a Philadelphia barber and began his work career at the age of 10 when joining the family business.
The law will charge violators a $250 fine for the first offense, $500 for the second offense and $1,000 for each subsequent offense, according to the legislation. The smoking ban will not include beach parking lots and it would allow municipalities to designate up to 15 percent of a beach for permitted smoking, according to the legislation.
Andrew currently serves as a Municipal Court Judge for the City of Wildwood and the Borough of Avalon. He maintains a private practice specializing in personal injury, business law, school law and real estate. Andrew has diligently and effectively handled hundreds of personal injury claims during which time he has obtained substantial and well-deserved monetary recoveries for his clients.
Andrea Balliette was educated at Eden Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rosemont College in 1959. Thereafter, she continued her education at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and earned her Bachelor of Law Degree in 1962. After her clerkship with Judge Cafiero, Andrea joined the firm in 1968.

Cafiero changed A Will while a man was in A coma with tubes in his mouth and still change the Will alone with the man's daughter when theMan found out Years later after he was remarried By this time the Man is 95 Noing the end was near for him after his daughter throw him in a Nursing home forbid his wife of 8years to see him after A month I got him out out of that Hell hole of A nursing home It was June last 90 degree weather George went five times to Cafiero office to change Will Staff was Very Rude to me so we went to another lawyer George Washington Peerte passed January 16 2017 Cafiero still

My wife and I have used this law firm a few different times. They prepared a Will for us, as well as providing some excellent advice for business and a problem we had with a school concerning our child. Our Will was not a standard one, as we had a few very specific details we wanted included. Mr. Cafiero spent the time with us to ease our minds, made sure all of our requests were worded accurately and explained everything in detail in a way we could understand. I wasn't sure what the cost of this type of one on one service would be, as you always hear negative things about lawyers and their fees

Here at the Jersey Shore I own rental properties and run a summer business. With both of those ventures comes many headaches and legal problems.
