If half stars were possible i would probably list 3.5 stars. Mostly because of communication issues around not being able to come when initially scheduled. But i love going local. Price was good and the workmanship was also.

Jeff drove from Enoch to Paragonah in terrible weather to get our furnace going. The problems with the furnace turned out to be fairly trivial but only someone with Jeff's knowledge could have diagnosed and fixed the problems so rapidly. He charged me what I consider to be a very small sum for the trouble that he had to go to, in the evening during a winter storm, to get here. I am planning on replacing my entire system as soon as I can afford it and I know exactly who I will be calling. Thanks Jeff.

Stout Cooling and Heating is my Go-To for Cooling and Heating issues. Jeff Stout came to my business this past winter when my furnace died- I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes for him to arrive, figure out the problem and fix it at the lowest cost to me- This past fall (2018) he saved a family reunion at my sisters home after the a/c stopped working-
I've recommended him to friends as well as family, and everyone is happy with the quality service.
