The people who came by and worked on repairing and replacing our water heater did a great job and was done fast. The only reason I'm giving this a 2 star review is because the lady that was on the phone was being really rude towards me. And acted like I was a child when I'm a full grown adult. She was very unprofessional.

Outrageously expensive!!
The invoice charges me - tank to bowl kit - 56$? for God sake dont take your customer as a banana. When called to discuss, reply was - we use best of the best parts :o) -
The guy installed a rubber headed bolt - hardly 2-3$ - even if you make it out of most expensive neoprene polymer and brass stem, custom made - it wouldn't cost that much.
Service and labor charges: told me 160 at visit, jacked by 100 more at invoice. I did not ask for 2 guys to come.
Previously, I've had very good experience with Barr - I admit it, did a cost effective, good job - but no more! NOT

Holding short of 5 stars as I need to wait and watch for consistency - the work was done only this morning. I found them really responsive and prompt at fixing up an appointment. The technician was professional, pleasant and answered all questions more than satisfactorily. The pricing was very very reasonable, over 60% less compared to another local plumbing company that also quoted for the same job and over 30% less compared to a quote from the original company that first did the plumbing when the house was constructed. I had to replace a burst external hose that had to be accessed from the inside
