We are a Carrier authorized dealer, but we also service all makes and models. WCU Services also offers a showroom stocked with reconditioned appliances of many makes and models, including washing machines and dryers. My washing machine water cycle stop working. WCU came out that same day and diagnosed the problem. They order my part and came back out and fixed me up. Thanks WCU for your Prompt & professional service.

Ron provided clear communication and assistance with the appliance repair.
I was impressed by the service plan that allowed for a scheduled pick up and repair to be done at the WCU shop versus the laundry room.
This process went very well and I would recommend WCU for future reference to others seeking appliance repair.

Keegan @ WCU is a life saver! He repaired and reinstalled my washer & dryer, all with a smile. I am most grateful for his services and will be sure to recommend everyone I know to use them as well... pricing was very affordable, and they even took the washer in to the shop & had it back within a couple days....so glad I found them, thank you so much WCU!

We started having issues on a Sunday night, called their message service and they said it would possibly be Monday or Tuesday before they may be able to get to us. They called us the first thing Monday morning and were in the neighborhood, could they come by. They came, replaced a defective part and we had AC.
We have been using WCU for several years, they are always courteous, very knowledgeable and customer oriented. If you have an AC issue, I would definitely recommend them.

Had a appointment for today (Friday) which was set on Tuesday to fix my dryer. I receive a call Friday morning to inform me that due to recent changes they will not be servicing my area anymore. And yes I have used this company multiple times in the past. Dont make appointments if you don't service that area.

We're called our insurance and they assigned us to the company who could came in 3 days later. On a blistering weather day in Tx you got to wait 3 days and 2 nights, that's not fun for us, neither for our cat.:) So I called in again, and ask to expedite our service call. This time we're were assigned to WCU, Brendan.
And we're so grateful. Brendan showed up very next day and repaired our fan in A/C unit.
He is very professional, friendly, funny and wonderful person. We're so relief and most important our cat is happy, and chilled!

These folks go above and beyond to help. Fast friendly service gave a 2 hour window and met that. Clean up and leave the area spotless. Have used them over the years always consent with service or installation.
I simply can't say enough how great these folks are.

Scheduled 9/21 arrived 9/24 to replace a capacitor which was not the real problem. I called them the morning of 9/25 but have an appointment 9/28 a week after I reported the problem. One week without AC is a bit rediculous and I can't get my money back to have someone help me quicker.

ABC said I needed to spend $8500.00 -- WCU FIXED my problem for $170.00, They came the day after I called, arrived ten minutes early (but called first), did the repair in 8 minutes -- and gave me some good advice on maintaining my unit. If I could add another star I would.

Through an American Home Shield request I ended up with Keegan and I'm so, so glad I did. My air conditioner had been on the fritz for months and had been looked at by other AHS contractors who patched it up incorrectly instead of replacing the unit. Finally, in the heat of summer and with 6 rounds of breast cancer chemotherapy fast approaching, I needed it fixed once and for all. Keegan diagnosed the problem accurately and then worked with AHS to replace the unit. While the whole process took some time, I was very grateful Keegan and his family did everything with AHS so I could focus on

I would not judge these guys by their affiliation with American Home Shield. If you have AHS, I would insist on these guys rather than A-US, who is dishonest bordering on criminal.

AHS wouldn't allow me to use them even for a second opinion so I had them out on my own and they accurately diagnosed the problem confirmed by two other reputable contractors. I didn't end up using them but I did hire them to do a smaller job at my mother's house and they did a good job.

We get whomever the home warranty company sends, so I was a little apprehensive about how our A/C repair would go today. The last outfit that the home warranty company had referred us to had terrible reviews on Yelp, and we actually cancelled rather than have them come out. But the A/C was now not working at all, and we HAD to deal with it. So WCU Services was assigned to our call.

First, they called within less than half an hour to set an appointment time. Initially, the lady told me they were scheduling for Monday (today is Friday), and I kind of groaned. She asked me if she could check

I also had WCU sent out by contract from American Homeshield. I had a leaking indoor AC ceiling unit. The technician, Mr. Petit I recall, came and pecked around, blew some air into a drain pipe. He seemed in a hurry. A day later the leak was worse. Homesheild sent him out again three days later. He said the problem was a dirty filter. The next day my bathroom ceiling was sagging from water damage: niagra. I demanded a new technician from Homeshield. Within 20 minutes the new plumber found two causes. By blowing nitrogen/air into the drain pipe, WCU just pushed the clog further down the
