Services
OTS has a long list of commercial mechanical engineering projects to its credit - new construction, renovation and retrofit. Our resume includes car dealerships and garages, small as well as big box retail stores, offices, banks, resorts, restaurants and fitness centres. Although not strictly classified as commercial, we have worked on dental and medical offices, clinics and veterinary service buildings.
Industrial mechanical engineering work is a significant part of our work and we have many long-standing clients. We have HVAC and piping design experience for general and heavy industrial manufacturing, automotive assembly, food processing, cosmetic, laboratory, aircraft hangar, repair garage and warehousing facilities.
Our residential work encompasses duplexes, townhouses, apartments, condominiums, seniors' homes and low income housing of five storeys or less. We have designed both distributed and centralized HVAC systems to suit the client's needs. Some of these projects have involved central chillers and boilers or ground-coupled or water-loop heat pump systems with heat recovery ventilation systems.
