Cerec allows me to make your crown right in the office on the same day. In fact, sometimes I can make a "partial crown" called an onlay, which can save valuable tooth structure. These crowns have no metal in them and are all ceramic (so there are no metal lines visible). Velscope is a cancer screening technology tool that helps me look for oral cancer.
The above mission is not just an easy way to learn to pronounce my name. It is something I genuinely strive for with every patient encounter. I have been a dentist since 1994 and have practiced in Carroll County for many of those years. Even if it has been years since you have been to a dentist, there is no need to be embarrassed or ashamed.
Dr. Uffer has played the piano since he was a toddler. He also played trumpet from the time he was in elementary school through high-school. Much of the music he composes has elements of piano or brass since he is partial to those instruments. He primarily plays by ear and enjoys making original compositions that have a unique style and tend to get stuck in your head.

Dental Operating Microscopes, or dental surgical microscopes, are designed to provide ideal magnification of the area of the mouth being worked on while also allowing the clinician to maintain an ergonomic working position. This enables the dentist to maintain a comfortable position, obtain an optimal view of the working area, and focus on the patient.

Best dental experience I've ever had and I've had a lot believe me. From initial call to schedule having my issues addressed to resolving my current issue and addressing future potential issues through preventive maintenance and what if scenarios otherwise . Debbie, Becca and Dr. Uffer were fantastic. Dr. Uffer built my crown on site while I waited and communicated in detail A-Z and answered all my questions and addressed any and all concerns. Dr. Philip Uffer has been my dentist since he took over the practice from my previous dentist several years, ago. My teeth are very happy! I am so pleased with his suggestions and advice on how to take better care of my teeth, gums and mouth. He answers all of my questions and addresses any concerns that I may have.
