It was an awful experience. All through covid they stole funds and were rude and not transparent. The dietary supervisor Laura Sandusky was rude and dismissive I'm super upset with the lack of support from a single mother's point of view. My daughter was here for two weeks. I was extremely pleased with the communication I received on her status daily. April and Lisa were very pleasant to work with. I was overwhelmed with decisions and appointments that had to be made. April very patiently guided me through this process and ensured that all appointments following discharge were made. I had one concern during my daughters stay there and it was addressed immediately when I brought it to their attention. Recently spent 2 months here. During that time, the facility physician checked on me once. The PA came once after I asked to see her. I was given medication for the woman across the hall with a stomach infection, I had a bone infection. Blood tests meant to determine my medication were administered at the wrong time so it appeared my meds were too strong so the meds weren't administered daily. This could have killed me, the doctor said so. One of my prescriptions was dosed incorrectly. Should have been 1200 mg and they were giving me 2400 mg. With these type of errors, I was lucky to have a son
