Services
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT) aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LDT can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury and surgery, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.
I have been to many massage therapist thru the years & many of them come & go so have to look for a new one every now & then. I found Lori when 1 of my favorites moved to Wausau & it was a GOOD THING! They all have had their own special techniques but Lori combines lots of special techniques in each session - each time I have an appt.

Love this place. My husband surprised me with an appointment here for mother's day and just before leaving on a family vacation. The lady who gave me my massage, Lori, was incredible and very gentle. I have lower back problems that cause me pain daily and she made sure she wasn't causing me to much pain at any time. And when finished she made sure my back was feeling okay. Very sweet lady who's good at what she does. Will never go anywhere else.

Sunny Days are Here! I had the Sunny Days Ahead package that included a 30 minute restorative sauna prior to my 60 minute massage and it was the perfect combination for moving forward to a new year and a new season of wonderful experiences! Thank you to Lori for re-locating to 2925 Post Road where she creates a spa experience from the moment you walk through the door. It was time well spent ----- I'd recommend Pure Therapeutic Mind and Body highly!

Lori, Dawn and Jordan are well versed in different styles of massage (deep tissue, Swedish, Myofascial release, etc). I have been going to Lori for over 10 years and her skills and team have only improved over time! The massage rooms have been recently updated and have a fresh feel. Each therapist is personable and welcoming - I recommend trying each one out! You won’t be disappointed.
