I finally needed to replace my 30+ year old furnace. My first quote was literally three times the amount quoted by Dave Bayles. Instead of trying to upsell me by several thousand dollars, Dave suggested one $35 addition that made changing the filter in the existing location a lot easier. A couple days later I had a new furnace and Dave didn’t need to go a penny over his quote! Listen, you’ll know within 5 minutes that Dave takes pride in his work and he can be trusted.

2 years have gone by and apparently the capacitor just stopped working, and we barely run our AC here at all. So in addition to an exhorbitant monetary charge, the dude uses subpar materials as well.
He left a nice company sticker on the outside of the AC unit I'm guessing for times like these. We'll be fixing it ourselves, thanks.

Accurate One and my representative, David Bayless, is truly amazing. While he repaired my air conditioning during Beaumont's 100 degree+ weather. I was able to use his expertise for other home repairs. He cleared my bathroom sink drains (totally backed up), made my refrigerator work, until he let me know that it would be more costly to repair rather than replace. Same with my 17 year old Washer/ Dryer. I may have forgotten a few things ( oh, yeah, numerically reset my garage door opener, as my door would not close.) Always answers his I-phone personally, or it is answered in PERSON by his answering

I purchased a hot water heater from Accurate One, still under warranty, and it was in need of service (it is making odd noises). I scheduled service, and was told the service person would arrive between 9 am and 1pm. At 1pm no one had arrived and I called and texted about this, since no one had called about a delay. When my call was finally returned I was told it would be 3:30 when the service person would arrive. At 3:30 no one had arrived or called. I noticed that my dog had chewed through the wires of my AC and we decided to call them to get someone here and fix it. We called at 3 pm and they said it was no issue and they would send someone out later that evening to fix it for us. Around 6:30pm we noticed that no one had contacted us and we called them to see what the eta was. No one answered and finally a couple of minutes later they called us back. They let my husband know that it was an after hour service and instead of the $89 they originally stated they were charge us it was now going to be $250.00 to come out. I am highly displeased

Just had my AC service and Anthony was our tech. It was great from the getgo, he mentioned what he was going to be doing and after the job was done he gave us awesome tips and so much info on how our AC unit works and how to keep in in good running condition. Couldn't of asked for better service! Will def call them in the future for any service needs

AC unit quit working on one of the hottest days (109) of the year. I called on Friday morning in hoping a tech would be able to come out. (I have one of the home warranties covering Appliance an exactra BUT THERE scheduled WAS 2 WEEKS OUT) but Accurate one was able to schedule a tech to arrive within 7 hours and was. Dave the service tech was very nice, service oriented, and explained everything and went right to the problem. It was a bad capacitor which he had on his truck. Unit up and running in 20 minutes. Price was reasonable

We're very glad we found this company. They're prompt, professional, thorough and friendly. They installed our new heating and air conditioning system yesterday. Everything went smoothly and they cleaned up after the work was done. The cost was very reasonable and they even did a few little extra things for us that other companies probably would have ignored. After calling multiple plumbers to get a phone estimate on replacing a hot water tank that was 20 years old at my condo I was very happy that accurate one just gave me a price over the phone. When they arrived it was determined that the new tank would not easily be put in the same spot in the closet there by necessity in removing the door jamb in order to give a few more inches of room. The work was done the same day I called and I was pleasantly surprised that when Dave was finished he honored the quoted price even though he had to do substantially more labor than what he agreed to.
