We were in the process of switching from our previous lease company to Southwest Florida Copier Service, when our previous machine malfunctioned. This was on a Monday and we were scheduled to have our new copier delivered on Thursday. I called Southwest Florida Copier Service and asked if there is anything that can be done to get our machine to us sooner. They were able to get our copier delivered at 2:30 that same day! I was in such a bind my current copier was a antique outdated. Not only did i get a great updated copier but they were able to get my new one here within the hour. Since then when I ever need anything all of their employees go above and beyond to help. And if I need a service call they are always here in a timely fashion usually within the hour.
