Wished I had never published with them. Yes, they had good prices, but I later found other publishers for about the same price, and much better quality. The print quality is good, but the binding is terrible. They basically tie the book together with strings. They are hard to open, not easy to read, and I regret using them every time I open the book. When I contacted them later about my feelings, they simply said "that is how all our books are bound, and it is on our website as how we bind." That is fine, and I should have done my homework and asked for a sample (they had no pictures of the binding
