Prior to owning and operating Hale's Heating and Cooling, Bill worked in Local #2 as a commercial sheet metal worker for over 20 years. He developed a reputation for doing things right and finding solutions to challenges in the field. He holds a Master Mechanical License and a Master Pipe Fitter License in Kansas City, Missouri.
Under his leadership, commercial services have grown and are now operated as Hale's Mechanical. Bill combines his expertise and sense of humor to work with general contractors, engineers and team members to solve problems for our residential and commercial customers. Michele's background as a graphic designer has translated well to this business by giving Hale's a unique identity in the market.

Great experience from start to finish. Michelle gave us several options based on my needs...financing, equipment, etc... The information was easy to understand. Charles and James, the two technicians that did the install, went above and beyond to make the experience a great one. It was a big job!!!They arrived promptly at the scheduled time 8 o’clock in the morning and did not leave until the work was completed at 9 pm. They took time to explain any questions I had during the install. The folks at Hale’s has my respect and business for any future needs. Thank You to everyone at Hale’s.
