I have been a loyal customer of Allstate for over 35 years and I was hesitant to make any changes, but a good friend suggested State Farm and wat a surprise it was. Not only I was able to save money but I discover that my home owners insurance was undervalue. I had called to insurance a new vehicle to my policy. I understand they have to ask certain questions which is fine with me. The issue lies in the fact that the lady who I was speaking to, in particular Stacy, had a very sharp tone. Every time I have had to speak with her for various reasons her tone and attitude with me was not customer service friendly. She has even spoken to my husband and children in this same manner.

I have been contacting my agent for over 2 weeks now. I have sent multiple emails to both the agent and his assistant and have left voicemails. No call no response nothing. This is an urgent matter I called another agent and got a customer number and will be calling them now.

Gene and Kathy Watada have been our State Farm Agents since 1993. Their customer service is always amazing! We've had times when we just send a letter and give Kathy a little info and she gets claims filed for us quickly and efficiently with very little work on our part. We've been so pleased with the service we've received not only from Gene and Kathy, but from claims agents, as well. Gene never misses calling us on our birthdays and even sings for us; you wouldn't go to him for that, but it shows how personal they are with their clients. If you need insurance, call them up! -

This review should have been posted much sooner, but I just want to say how wonderful Gene and his team are to work with. In June, 2018, we were hit with a bad hailstorm and the result was a damaged roof in need of replacement. I was very worried about the process of getting a new roof, but I reached out to Gene and he walked me through the process getting a claim started. Everything went smoothly with the repair, especially the insurance end of things. An adjuster came as soon as they could schedule, given the demand, and she cut me a partial check for the replacement on the spot. I was amazed

I'm new to this area & transferred my State Farm policy from another Denver area agent. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a very friendly staff. The day I made the request thru State Farm corporate to initiate the transfer, Gene himself called after hours to confirm the transfer. Lindsey (who is on the front office) called daily to provide a status (several components other than just auto policy involved in the transfer), then arranged a time for us to meet and review the policies. Kathy Watada and Lindsey provided superb service in the review where they made changes to broaden coverage

I’ve been with Gene for almost 30 years and I have never had any issues that Gene wasn’t able to take care of! His staff is very professional and his wife Kathy the office manager always has a smile and has always treated us like family.
