We used these people last year and were happy, so we called toward the end of April to reschedule for this year. We were told the schedule was too full and that she needed to talk to her boss and would call us back. Well, she never did. So we call again on May 3 and wanted to schedule at the April $69 price and she very unpolitely said "oh well, the price is now $99." It was the attitude and we had tried to schedule in April, so our business is elsewhere. 😡

Chris and his father are very professional and follow up quickly. They even took the time to travel all the way down to Okeechobee to install a unit at my grandmothers when no one would.
