I have been with Fiedler Insurance Agency a few years now, and I'm so glad I made the switch. They not only saved me over $400 every 6 months over my previous policy with a different agent,, but they also take their time to explain your insurance policies to you, they are very quick to respond to questions and concerns you may have, and are friendly and professional. They sincerely care about the customer, which is something unique to small, family-owned businesses. My husband recently had a crack in his windshield. Tina was very quick to respond with what to do, and I had an appointment set up
