Justin was professional and articulate. He offered complete explanations of diagnostics and repair plan. Motor was ordered and arrived overnight. Initial motor replacement failed to work. Justin quickly returned to Airco and retrieved a second motor, installed it, and we had air conditioning in little over an hour.
This is my first time using Airco. All customer service staff have been great at keeping me informed. Definitely recommend Airco.

SCAM!!! Don't EVER use this company!! They called me and talked me into their 'maintenance' plan (of course they had me pay for it upfront - 2 appointments, one in Dec. 2021 and upcoming one in May 2021). The tech came out, looked at everything [inside and out], cleaned the outside compressor (which I already did myself last year for free!!) Then he proceeds to give me a list of everything he 'recommends' to replace: capacitor, add freon, etc. Then he shows me the blower needs to be cleaned - I said why don't you clean it because isn't that part of 'maintenance

Positive: Professionalism
Mr. Clayborne and another technician came to service my hvac unit on why it was leaking. They were at the house for a bit and never gave up on the problem. They were courteous and respectful, very neat and clean. And they don't mind pets. These two gentlemen I recommend for you hvac needs and maintenance.

I was given advanced notice of technician’s arrival and he showed up on time. Elvis is very polite and professional and I feel is very trust worthy. I’m an electronic tech and he doesn’t mind my curiosity and peering over his shoulder and watching. His check outs and repairs if needed are quick but competently performed. I would definitely recommend this company.

Philip was OUTSTANDING! He was courteous and professional. I'm going to call him "The Gentleman Technician"!!! And to top everything off, he was good at his job!!! He was thorough, patient, he took his time to make sure he checked everything, and he was able to find the problem and resolve it!! I told him I would be requesting him again!! If all of the technicians at AirCo are like Philip, they just made a customer for life!! I challenge the rest to meet Philip's level of excellence!! Gauntlet thrown down!

Jared was super professional, cordial and responsive to our questions throughout the estimating process. Although we've put the project on hold for a bit, we'll always look for ways to work with Jared and AirCo in the future. We can see that this company has integrity and transparency, so don't hesitate to contact them for an estimate. Thanks, Jared!!

We are very pleased with the service we received today from Arturo. He thoroughly checked out the heating system, performed the necessary tests to ensure it is working correctly, provided me with the results, changed out the filter for me and suggested a service I might want to consider in the future. Very polite and professional.

Buyer Beware
I contacted them specifically to replace a secondary drain drip pan, the AC had no other problems just the drip pan needed to be replaced, due to excessive corrosion. They wanted $85 to come to house, and at first I could not get a straight answer over the phone for the cost of a secondary drip pan replacement. To me this is a bait and trap tactic with the $85 service charge. I say this because they seemed resistant to give me an estimate for replacing the pan. I was persistent and did get the estimate it's was $450, this is literally a $65 pan, held up by 4 sheet metal screws

We have had our system for 13 years. In all that time Airco techs have taken cared of it and provided with the right advice to maintain our system running smoothly. Today was no exception Carlos came introduce himself a went right to work. He explained what he was going to do with the unit and did his work, Carlos also provided tips on how best I could keep my unit working properly.
He then went outside and started working on that unit. Again he explain what he was doing and why. Carlos provided more tips on how to take care of that unit. Carlos is a true professional and it showed in his work

Warranty service: (1 Star)
Thermostat bad. Charged $85 for service charge and $170 for labor to basically plug in a new (UNDER WARRANTY) thermostat. I was not pleased at all about paying the same price for labor as purchasing a new thermostat from Amazon would cost me just to plug into wall plate. Have a feeling they expect that customers will not be able to deal with Trane directly for replacement. It's a $$$ maker for them. Bottom line: the $85 service charge should have covered an under warranty swap out of a bad thermostat. The extra $170 is gouging the customer. Between my house
