The New Jersey legislature issued the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act in 1991. The Act provides the victims of domestic violence two types of relief: civil and criminal. A victim of domestic violence can apply for a restraining order and can file criminal charges against the individual. An emancipated minor who has been subjected to domestic violence by a spouse, former spouse, or any person that is present or a former household member.

Had I known what I know today I would have never hired them to fight my case. Always late never updates me on my case. I just recently watched another court case Of the same incident I had they won but because i didnt have much money to continue i lost the case definitely felt as if my attorney was working for the the other side so i didnt stand a chance so i felt. BE CAREFUL

Mark & Alan helped me out with a very complicated situation involving removing squatters from a building I acquired during the pandemic. They were smart, creative, responsive, and their filings were always tight and rarely needed much editing. They are efficient with your time and very little BS - which is hard to find in my experience in a mostly hourly legal profession. I would highly recommend them and I would personally not hesitate to hire them again for things that might come up.

Not good at all!!!! Supposedly a lawyer is to represent you and inform you about any legal question you may have right??. Well this firm did the complete opposite they acted like they care but once I sign the retainer forget about it. They don't pick up the phones (the lawyers) they don't inform you how the proceedings are going and that wasn't that bad until you realized that they drag the case the longer possible to charge you extra, yeah typical lawyer, and guess what....they rather to accommodate the other party instead of your own needs, because they don't want to "hurt the reputation" among

One of the best, professional, reasonable, flexible attorney's office ever. Of course i hope that i will not be needing to visit The Cintron Firm frequently in hopes that i do not get any tickets or run into any issues, but whenever i do, i do not worry or hesitate to call Mark as i know he always will put my mind at ease with a quick and easy to understand process. 10/10 star office in any shape and form. I had a 2 pm appointment and I was on time. the receptionist was polite and helpful but they had me sitting there for over an hour,what's the point of making an appointment? while they were having their own conversations about buying computer stuff. Mind you they charge a $125 person to person fee for legal services which I paid 20min after being told to have a seat.
