I was contacted be Angela seeing if I would like to switch my insurance. Alliance provided a better rate than I had with progressive so naturally I switched. By switching signed all the documentation provided my bank information for automatic withdrawal and I canceled my policy with progressive. This took place July 2021. I never received my ID cards monies was never taken out of my bank account. I contacted my agent Angela and she advised me that everything was okay and she'll get those ID cards mailed back out to me as well as check with financing to see what was going on but she did insure me

I have been extremely happy with the service I have had from my Agent Rebecca Wisneski! She is so helpful and knowledgeable since she is a Independent Agent! She is so Professional and very Responsive to all of my requests usually within a hour! I have had Insurance for the last 45 years and never had such a Excellent Agent before! She has saved me so much money! The first policy she wrote for my auto she saved me $1200. a year from my current Insurance company which was the second largest in the United States! Rebecca also wrote me a Renters Insurance policy and it was 50% cheaper than my current

Great customer service. Sean Pullen was very patient with me as I misdirected some frustration towards him based on a mistake on my end. He did accept my apologies and beforehand, in response to my angry email, sent proof that he had indeed taken care of what I believed he had not. I would recommend based on customer service being a top goal for the company, however I believe you can get car insurance cheaper elsewhere. Our home insurance with the company was an average yearly rate.

Isaac Magley is the best agent! In our interactions, he has been resourceful, readily available, and honestly super sweet. He worked with me to get me the best discounts. I have already recommended a family member and two friends. I cannot believe my mom and I were paying over $400 USD in car insurance. Isaac brought that down to $182 for two vehicles (one full coverage year 2016), and I was 23 years old at the time!! God-sent really. Because we were running out of options.
