Duct masters installed a new HVAC and all new vents and ducts in my house and did so in the middle of July, when not a single other air conditioning vendor in this area was even willing to go into my attic to deal with ducts.
I hit the jackpot with Duct Masters. The attention to detail was exquisite. They worked on a Saturday to make up for time lost through no fault of their own, when the air conditioner didn’t come in on time. Duct Masters drove to Little Rock to pick it up themselves.

I had called Duct masters to originally have my old system and fan cleaned and serviced for the new spring summer earlier this year. When they went to remove the fan blower from the old system literally fell apart! I thought I was up the creek without a paddle! And in for a lot of repair expenses that I was not able at the time to afford A new air-conditioning system.
Terry was so understanding and helpful with me and worked with me and was able to put me in a brand new blower motor and AC System in the attic. But the kicker was that they were given the wrong AC system! By the AC parts store.

Ac went out on weekend late in the day, i have small children and it was hot .Called around to see if i could get someone out quick ,had no luck until i contacted Duct Masters. Showed up in timely manner and got it fix quickly and for a great price. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all my needs.
