Choosing your real estate professional is one of the most important decisions you will make when buying property. However, no matter whom you choose, these simple tips will help you find and purchase the home or property of your dreams more quickly and efficiently. Know what you want. The last thing you need is to close a deal and realize you bought a house you don't want.
Get pre-approved FIRST. Don't skip this step. Getting pre-approved is fast, easy and free. A written pre-approval includes a completed credit application and a certificate guaranteeing you a mortgage to a specified amount. With one in your pocket, you won't waste time looking at properties you can't afford.
Getting ready to move? Use these helpful tips to stay on track during your upcoming relocation. Before you know it, you'll be putting out the welcome mat and making yourself at home. Start a "move file" to keep track of estimates, receipts and other information. You may be able to deduct your move and lower your taxes, so check with the IRS to see what expenses can be deducted on your next tax return.
The purchase of a home is the single most costly investment most people make, and you want to know what you are getting for your hard-earned money. It is important that you learn as much as possible about the condition of the home and the need for any major repairs before you buy, so that you can avoid any unpleasant surprises and difficulties later.
Programs for first-time buyers. There are several local or federal government programs that help first time buyers get into the housing market. Ask us about these options. Look for a seller to help you buy and finance your home. Some sellers are willing to carry the contract themselves and will waive the down payment.

I've worked with hundreds of agents, and Jennifer is the single best realtor I've worked with in 17 years.. She's an exceptionally rare combination of traits that make her the ideal broker. Jennifer puts her client's financial interests above her own, know's the nuances of the market, and walked me through what changes would get me top dollar for the money given the specific market conditions/property/price point/etc. Her skilled negotiation helped me net extra money. Since she's been in the market a long time, she could offer insight about different realtor&apos

Jennifer was a joy to work with. My husband and I were new to the area and are a young couple with a baby on the way. She didn't waste our time and was fast when it came to the paperwork and communicating.
There were a few hiccups along the way, but that wasn't really her fault and if someone was making the process go slower or lying to us (which happened a few times) she called them out on it.
She is very helpful still being new to the area and I know I can always count on her if I have a question or need anything.
Her assistant was also very helpful when my mom and I came up to
