I was so excited to come back to see my stylist after months without a cut and color but then I see that this this salon isn't following ANY of the health and safety regulations to prevent the spread of COVID. No masks, no social distancing, no temperature screening, no limit on the number of people in the salon. I've been coming here for years and I really wanted to get my hair done but I will not risk the health of myself or others and frankly I don't want to patronize this salon any more because they obviously don't care about putting their clients and staff at risk. I've never been so unwelcome in a place before in my life. from the time i walked in i didnt feel welcomed it took at least 15 min for someone to ask me if ive been helped. i had my almost 2 year old with me because i had no one else to watch him im a stay at home mom so hes not in daycare. he was getting fussy sitting in his stroller so i took him out and one of the ladys said hes fine but as a mother i did keep checking on him. i could tell the lady (erika) was getting frustrated i did keep telling her sorry and she kept saying it was fine. then tis one lady went up to my son and picked

I Highly recommend Salon Moselle, great atmosphere. Absolutely Love, Love my Stylist Brittney, she does an amazing job with my blonde Highlights and cut. Impressed with her shampoo skills, the massage is so relaxing! Very welcoming Salon, the owner Christine is a delight as well.

Had an appt. with Erica and all I can say is she did not disappoint!! I love how my hair turned out and I love the fact she took her time to see what was best for my hair and gave me her honest opinions. You can tell she cares about her clients & has a passion for what she does. After my appointment she also gave me recommendations on products that would help my hair. My hair feels so healthy & looks amazing! I have finally found someone who i can trust with my hair.

I had a keratin treatment by laurel and my hair grew amazingly long afterwards . So I am back again! Laurel was amazingly patient with me and my mixed hair (african and filipino). But she was very knowledgeable and reassured me the beautiful results of keratin

I went to Diane for the first time for a partial highlight and a haircut. She was absolutely AMAZING. After hearing what I was looking to get done, she have me great advice about how to get the look I was going for. She was so friendly and fun to chat with and I loved how my hair turned out! I just moved to Temecula from out of state and it's so nice to find someone that I totally trust to do my hair!
Went back to Diane and I am so happy I did! She is the best hair stylist I've ever went to!! Definitely recommend seeing her!

I am so disappointed and upset with this place. i called twice and left message to make an appointment - then called again this morning - which, when i reached someone, she told me my groupon wouldn't be accepted as i had visited the salon eight - yes, 8 years ago! seriously??? way to encourage new clientelle. i am in the customer service business - and this doesn't fly with me... rude and ridiculous business practice. i was talked down to and belittled...i make it a habit to give kudos and praise - i look for the good - but in this case i see nothing but bad ---- very, very

This salon is great! The staff is very welcoming.I had my hair done by Erica. She was amazing! I have been feeling really insecure about my hair recently. It was really a mess. Erica made me feel completely comfortable the whole time and she did an amazing job! I will continue to go back to her for all of my hair needs. I decided to change the color of my hair dramatically (dark brown with hints of red to blonde). The first appointment my stylist, Laurel (who is absolutely fantastic) explained how we could get the color out and basically start from my natural hair color. Well, when I left two weeks ago I couldn't believe what she had amazingly done!! I wish I could post a picture, but it's too embarrassing! When I first walked in, I was ignored. Then, when finally someone acknowledged me and saw that it was a Groupon (a gift from someone), she looked at me as though I had the plague! My stylist (Laurel) didn't talk a lot, which is fine, but I only asked for two things: blonde highlights and volume! I literally came out of that salon looking like a 12 year-old boy! BROWN hair- all one color that was parted on the side and flat as a pancake. I know stylists may take a loss on a groupon, and even though I was unhappy, I tipped very generously

Had my hair done by laurel on wed... always apprehensive when doing my hair. It takes so long for me to grow it. I had an old bayalage (?) and liked it. About 2 yrs old. I just kept doing my own roots (did I mention I kept doing them?) any way I thought it was time for a pro. I did great! I told laurel i still liked my hair color (the bottom 2/3 that is) and if she can fix it. "Of course!" She said. And she did. She did her magic and it looks great again. I even went back today and asked for more hi lights and she couldn't have been sweeter. Now it's perfect. Can't wait

Hello Everybody! My recent life has been complicated. Going back to school at my age has been scary, fun, exciting and a major break to my bank account. I haven't had my hair done in over three years. Finding Salon Moselle on Groupon was a sweet find! But then again, using a coupon is a bit terrifying, since I didn't know anything about the people there. Feeling apprehensive, I walked through the front doors and I was cordially greeted by my color/stylist, Laurel. She put me as ease immediately. I was comfortable, relaxed and ready for my new DO. Diane has been my hair dresser for 20 years! My hair is much better now than when i first walked in. She has styled, colored, treated and highlighted my hair- all with awesome results. I get a lot of compliments! Diane is professional, sweet, professional and really takes the time to study my hair to get the best results. I totally trust her!

I have been going to Salon Moselle for about 2 1/2 years after moving from Poway. Never thought I would luck out on finding a great stylist close to home because I was loyal to my old stylist. Corinn is great to work with, has taken me through a number of transitions in style, can make my curly hair straight or a style where I can embrace the curl. She is also bright and fun to talk with and I truly appreciate her. Biggest plus, I trust her!

I was getting myself ready for the Holidays and needed a perm. I decided to go to an upscale salon and get a really good perm. The perm would cost me over $100 with tip but it would be worth it if I had the perm of my dreams. Diane is who I had an appointment with today I'm new to temecula and needed to get my roots done for my wedding.she was very very inexperienced. either that or lazy.neither are good qualities to have in a stylist! She is also not very educated on color. I have been a cosmetologist for 6 years which I did not mention to her and I can tell you she has no idea what she's doing !she is also very rude. She Criticized my hair then told me she couldn't do it or get the results I wanted and my hair would further break and I had to many tones in my hair.well

Today was my first experience with Salon Moselle and Christine was my stylist. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist, offered a drink... I jokingly said a beer and she offered me two choices. What a pleasure to start my experience off with a smile and accommodating me with a beverage of choice. Christine was friendly, funny and even better, she gave me a stellar and modern cut in a timely manner. I have a short cut with very straight and thick hair, which isn't always easy to get right. Thanks a bunch for leaving me with a smile and a happy head of hear! I'll be back!

I love this salon! But most notably my hair artist Corinn. This salon was my first and only needed attempt to finding a great new salon after moving from the mountains. Because I used to live in the boonies I would invest in driving hours away to LA just so that I could guarantee favorable results from someone I knew, but I am happy to say that will not be needed!
The salon itself is in a great location, I love that I can get my hair done and go browse the farmer's market after. They offer great perks like coffee, wine, or just water while you relax. All staff I've spoken with are personable

Brittney is the only person in the world I would trust to do my hair. She listens to my crazy ideas of what I want and always exceeds my expectations! I always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks.

I don't know how they have so many stars! The atmosphere was a little cold and I felt relieved that my stylist came to rescue me. I had a Groupon. She up sold me because I needed a full highlight/lowlight. I ended up paying the full price for everything. Corinn's haircut was ok - what you would expect at supercuts. My roots didn't take the color. She said we would get it next time. Called last week to book the appointment and take care of my color problem, she said she knows what to do now and the charge would be $135. I said I didn't think that was right and she

I scheduled a partial lowlight and haircut with Corinne. She suggested a full high/low light. The color did not take on my bare roots and she said she would take care of it next time. She seemed kind and trustworthy. I paid the full amount + tip. I just called and now she wants $135 to cut and take care of the color. She says she knows what to do now. Unfortunately I got took paying for her to learn! I paid in full at the start and got taken advantage of. I guess I paid to learn also. Beware!!

I felt special and welcome the minute I first walked in. I was greated by the owner Christine Larsen, not only is she beautiful, she was warm and friendly as well. I was introduced around and I never felt they were pushy. The place is beautiful too! My stylist was professional and knowledgable about color and what style looks good on my face.
