We have used Henry's plumbing service for almost 10 years and always been happy with his expertise. His prices are very reasonable. Way worth waiting for him, his always very busy. Our Real Estate Group has used Drain Rooter Plumbing since the owner started in 2000 from his garage. Henry and his son's have always done excellent work and very professional.

We had a couple of clogged drains going on. We called Drain Rooter and they responded very quickly. Henry was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on. He pressure treated our drains and got everything running like new again. Even our water pressure is better. What an added bonus. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Had an appointment for some plumbing work through my home warranty. Drain Rooter took two weeks to contact me to set up the appointment. Once the appointment was set they didn't show up and didn't even bother giving me a call or text to let me know. Tried calling them and just got their VM. Then I was contacted by another plumber letting me know Drain Rooter cancelled my work order. All Drain Rooter had to do was call/ text me so I didn't waste my day sitting around waiting for them. Won't be using Drain Rooter in the future.

Great responsiveness and service. Bruce got back to me and came to check out my leaking water heater same-day, the day before Christmas Eve. After the holiday, Bruce and Henry installed the new water heater. Great work and friendly service. They're a busy group, but they get the job done and done right. Henry also fixed my plugged up kitchen sink and replaced my garage disposal, several months back. Very professional in explaining what was needed to fix the problem. I have had plumbers in the past that were lousy. I would with NO DOUBT recommend Drain Rooter to come back in the event of future plumbing problems. He was very patient with all my questions I had asked. Henry doesn't know what he is doing, his goal is to rip you off and see how he can get away with it.
Stay away from these guys if you can at ALL COSTS!!!!
They couldn't diagnose an issue if their life depended on it , they dont know how to price a deal they back pedal when you catch them in their little scam.
Do yourself a HIGE favor and find another plumbing company.
Plenty of other good ones out there.

It took us a few tries to find out what what the problem was, but Henry and his team were attentive, kind, respectful and also very nice about educating us on the process along the way. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and they were super nice, which is a great bonus. It's not always an easy fix, but we feel fortunate to have had this team of guys helping us come to a solution. As a working mom, I also really appreciate the real-time updates from the staff. If they were running late, they let us know and they would call/text when they were on the way. Thank you all!

A simple clog with our washing machine turned into both showers flooding when the toilet was flushed. Henry and his guys scoped the piping and discovered really back cracks in the cast iron piping. As a first time homeowner, this was all extremely shocking because we weren't sure how to deal with our insurance company to get coverage. Not only did they assist us with homeowner's insurance lingo, but they helped us prove our case to make sure USAA would cover everything we are entitled to. They were understanding and patient with all our questions, and were reassuring the whole way through

Got in contact with these guys through Old Republic Home Warranty. They scheduled an appointment with me to be at the house between 8am and 12pm on a Friday. At 11:30 AM I called them to ask if they planned on keeping the appointment. They said "something came up" and that they would get the supervisor to come out and that he would be there in 15 minutes. An hour and a half later I called them again. They said "he didn't show up?!? No one ever tells me anything." They then told me they would be out to the house around 4-6PM. At 5:30 PM I called again with no answer. They ended up not calling and

I have used Henry several times for my home and my mothers home. He has been very professional and yes a few times arrived after the time he had scheduled but always made a solid effort to take care of the issue at hand. I had remodeled my home and had several technicians out fixing things here and there and by far Henry was the most professional and communicative tech i have ever had the pleasure of working with. Henry came to my house thinking it was going to be a simple solve.....main line back up. But . ....noooooooo such luck. There was not easy access to the main clean out. ( it is under the house) and per our insurance he could have packed up his tools and left. THANKFULLY Henry is determined to take care of business. He told me....plus showed me so I would understand where the problems are. I am lucky and appreciative of his extra work and caring about helping me.
