Currently President of TMT Properties, Inc., Managing Partner of 1325 Gateway LLC, 1425 Gateway LLC, Lantana Charter LLC and Burrco Development, he is responsible for all aspects of the day to day property development, management, leasing, financing, personnel, renovations, sales and purchases. Paul received a BS in Accounting and Finance from FSU the same year that he founded the company in 1981.

Gave me 1.5 days to move out, yet ask for 1 month advance notice to leave... That's not right, also Maggie the lady who runs it is a liar... I was able to confirm this today, DO NOT trust these people with your life or your business not worth it

They are the worst property owners or managements we have ever deal with. Since they bought the location where I was they have been easing the rent almost every two months by a big percentage of the total price per unit. They also come up with some ridiculous excuses to charge more like the parking lot is no longer included on the property each car is addditional 50 dollars per month. Please whoever wants to rent a property don’t do it withing TMT properties. They are the worst!!! So dissatisfied with their management as well. Nothing gets fix on time nor well done unless you blow up their phone
