Called the office in regards to a Zillow posting. The man I spoke with kept telling me look at the website, seemed that he did not have time to address my questions. Went to the office to pick up the key to view the property and felt "key word felt" that the receptionist was not personable and was slightly rude. I again felt rushed to be out of the office. I also noticed that the website said you have 1hr and half to have the key to view the unit ...but saw on the form it said less time. Although, this was not a big deal, I felt rushed again. My overall experience was not a good one. My only recommendation

Critical: Professionalism
They don’t tell you before you apply but you will be denied if you’ve ever filed for bankruptcy, regardless of the discharge date. Also they prefer caucasian renters, regardless if you have rental verifications and exceed the income qualifications.

We recently purchased a home with Prince George Realty and could not have asked for a better experience with our realtor. We were first time home buyers and had such little knowledge of the process and what to expect, but Heather made sure we never went into a situation or step in the process unprepared. Very, very rude. All they care about is money. I had at the time owed them nothing, we get an email from them. Because I contacted them because the over was broken and would catch fire. They sent someone out, needs to be replaced. Their other rental property across the she got kicked out too. Well the night she left, she abandoned her cat. Cat ends up on my porch that very night and had kittens. I have used my own money to cut down the cat problems Chappell complain about. I have tried for 3 years to get Hopewell Animal Control & Humane Society to take them. They will not. I get told for 3 years

I have been with Prince George Realty for 10 years as a management company with no issues! They are prompt in addressing issues and concerns. Ask for Heather she will take good care of you.

I am an owner who uses PG Realty for property management. They are professional and do a great job to keep my houses occupied and in good shape. Some of these reviews are from tenants who will complain about anything. This company is superior and I recommend them highly for property management.
