Services
For more than 20 years, Sharon has been offering relief from muscular pain to a diverse clientele including elite athletes, long distance runners, and those suffering from chronic pain and dysfunction. Her specialties include Neuromuscular Therapy, Pre and Post-Natal massage, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy and Active Isolated Stretching.
Promoting deep relaxation and reducing stress- taking your body off high alert and setting the biological processes in motion needed to restore your physical resources. Decreasing heart rate and blood pressure, slowing and deepening your breathing and helping tense muscles relax. Aiding digestion and enabling restorative functions to return to normal.
Each of my clients is truly unique. Taking the time to get to know my clients, learning about their concerns and developing an individual healing plan for each one of them is my passion. Hear what they have to say about their experience at Exhale Massage Therapy. As an Orthopedic Surgeon, my patients and even, myself, benefit from massage therapy.
There are more than 600 voluntary, or skeletal, muscles are in the human body, and those muscles account for approximately 40 percent of a person's body mass. Any number of these muscles can be strained or injured during sporting activities, stretching or day-to-day activities. Deep tissue massage can help aid the body and help heal muscles by bringing needed oxygen to the effected muscles.
Afterwards the therapist will begin by asking you general questions to establish what areas you would like worked on, if there are any conditions needing to be addressed and to determine if massage is appropriate for you. Your massage therapist may perform certain assessments and testing to evaluate your condition, and to see if you have any presenting complaints.

Been going to Exhale for 5+ years and it's changed my life for the better. She helps me with back and hip pain, as well as really tight hamstrings from my desk job. She is very flexible with appointment times and a pleasure to work with. I can't wait until my next appointment!!!

I was recently receiving news letter emails in my spam folder from this place and was wondering why. Then I remember trying to book a massage here a few years back and never got a chance to even try it. First, I went to the website and contacted the owner by email asking if there were any Saturday openings. I get a reply back saying there were Saturday openings and was asked if I was a first time client since she didn't have my information. I replied back saying 'yes I am.' Then I get a response saying she interviews all of her first time clients over the phone before booking their first session
