Extremely fast and courteous service. Paul had my claim started within 10 minutes and had an adjuster on the phone offering help within 30 minutes. Thank God I was referred to Paul Rentz to rewrite all of my insurance policies. His knowledge of what I would need not only saved my business but cut my premiums in half as well. Great people, great service!!!

We have nothing but good things to say about Rentz & Rentz Insurance! Our appointment was made quickly and they listened to our questions and and answered them in plain language... not a lot of jargon. They also researched the reasons that Federated Insurance Company cancelled our coverage, finding that most of the reasons were not justified and then found us the same coverage amount we had with Federated for less money. Paul and the entire staff at Rentz and Rentz are incredibly helpful! Especially Sephy! “One call, That’s all”. They always take care of our needs no matter if it’s adding or taking away items from our insurance. I also appreciate the calls I get if something doesn’t look right on their end. I totally trust them with my farm policy and my automobile insurance. I just don’t have to worry about it because they are looking after it for me.
