Q: What is a HUD home? A: It is basically a regular foreclosed property. Someone stopped paying their mortgage and so the bank took it back, but because it was a FHA loan, it was backed by the government. So the government paid off the bank and now the division of government called Housing and Urban Development is selling it.

If there was a possibility to rate this 0 stars I would. Gold stars are for good jobs as our childhood has taught us. Trying to purchase any property is a huge investment for any person and should be treated that way. This was the most unprofessional and unethical realtor I have ever dealt with. After submitting a cash offer with 0 inspections for $500 above the asking price of the property. I was told the seller wanted to bundle the two properties that were listed separately together. I then made an offer on both properties which after a few days I was emailed an acceptance for this offer. I replied
