My husband and I had two very time sensitive print jobs we needed designed and printed. We knew we could count on Old Town Printing to get the job done. Very easy to upload and email the job. Our Prints were designed and printed in a timely manner. We HIGHLY Recommend Old Town Printing to everyone we know!! Everyone one of the staff are extremely kind and very helpful !!

My fianceé and I recently used Old Town Printing for our wedding invites, and as a professional graphic designer, I am very particular with print and paper quality. Let's just say that we were blown away with the end results. I stopped by Old Town Printing because I needed a copy of a application I needed for my Dad, I was told they only have commercial copiers so he couldn't make a copy for me. I realize that it wasn't much money in his pocket but in this day and time you couldn't help someone out that would not have taken a few minutes. I guess when I do need 200 copies or more I will definitely go somewhere else...

Old Town Printing in Christiansburg, VA is definitely TOP NOTCH - wonderful, reliable, remarkable. I am profoundly appreciative of their incredible service. I am able to email an order and pick it up within days. This time they outdid themselves by rushing through a last minute emergency order in astonishing record time!

The Good:
They turned my project around quickly with good quality. Danielle was very helpful and nice.
The Bad:
One lady that works there, Barbara I believe, has a really awful attitude. While pretty friendly in person, she sends rude emails and has a condescending attitude when it comes to any (often inevitable) file problems. It's always your fault.
It's not hard to have a friendly or even neutral tone in an email. Making mistakes with print files is not a foreign concept, they should have a more "we will work with you to get this right" attitude as opposed to "you

You want to get books printed? Use Blurb.com - NOT Old Town Printing. They tried to charge me $147 for 3 small portfolio books. Blurb cost me $50 and that included shipping.
Beyond the ridiculous prices, the woman I was in contact with was rude and short with me. She didn't even seem like she really wanted my business, like my job was a nuisance to her. That's fine lady, I'll go elsewhere.
I've never had the energy to post to Yelp, so the fact that I'm doing this means it really struck a nerve. DON'T GO HERE!!

I was in a search for a better print shop than the one literally next to my house was so despicable (A1 copies in Bburg), I found Old Town Printing in C'burg.
Old Town has been friendly, quick, and most of all HELPFUL when we have difficult print jobs and they use their expertise for my benefit. A GREAT company!
