Our original system installed by the builder was undersized and inefficient. Econowest relocated the exterior units and matched their size to the home along with the necessary upgrades needed to increase the airflow for the larger units.
The installation crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous throughout the process. We were informed when they would arrive each day, and the guys worked overtime to stay on schedule.
From the estimate to the final job walk, this company and its employees were professional and, more importantly, truly seemed to have our best interests in mind.

Great guys! Fast and professional! Angel S. Explain everything and answered my questions, since I have no idea how our unit works and how to take care for it. I called them at 0700 am because our heater stop working and temperature in the house was 51F., they arrived around 1000 and by noon we were enjoying warmth and comfort! They have to replace a part for our unit! All was quick and professional!!!! Great guys! Thank you very much!

My heating system in my house suddenly shut off. They responded and came to my house almost immediately. After assessing everything they were able to fix my heating in a timely manner. I called this company and they arranged someone to come the next day. Reuben came to my house after much frustration with trying to light what I was sure was a defective brand new water heater. After trying to light it for two weeks, and talking back-and-forth with the manufacturer, he not only discovered it wasn't defective but actually showed me what I was doing wrong in trying to ignite the propane. He did way more for me than diagnose the problem and went out of his way to give me hot water. If I need a plumber, this is the company I will call upon. Much thanks.

My husband and I are very fortunate to have been referred to Econo West H&A, when our HVAC unit took a dump on our tenants. It was time to replace it after TLC since ‘97. In my experience, Econo West is a well-run company, with highly competent, friendly and reliable employees. When our furnace igniter failed, we got same-day service. Technician Geoff had the part on his truck. Two days later we had another failure from an unrelated cause. Geoff responded within two hours of my call, diagnosed and fixed the problem at no additional cost. Outstanding!
